At the end of our street is a bit of green space.

Here it is from a bird's eye view.

Right now it is greener than in the shot above.

There is a set of wood steps that connects with a bridge.

If you don't look too closely it seems fine.

I tend to look closely and imagine mosquitoes breeding.

There is another green area and a playground on the other side.

There is also the only public bathroom I have seen, but I am not really sure it is public.

There is a stone set of steps southeast of the wooden set.

Today I noticed this little structure and was confused until

these creatures greeted me at the bridge.  Too bad they don't eat mosquitoes.
